The room we booked at Vinholidays Fiesta was massive, spacious, and very clean. The location was perfect for visiting the nearby attractions such as Vinpearl Safari, Vinwonder amusement park, and Grand World. Despite the language barrier, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided vouchers that could be used inside Grand World. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning was great for when we needed a break from the hot weather. Plus, the shower area was really well designed and made for a refreshing experience after a day of exploring the city. We also loved being in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants and shopping.

The location was too dull for our tastes. While we enjoyed the city, the area around the hotel just didn't have the same energy as other parts of the city.

The newly built hotel, in front of United Center, offers a European Villa experience. The amenities are new, with a huge swimming pool and varied buffet breakfast. Rooms are spacious with a nice balcony.

The complimentary breakfast buffet had a great mix of Western and local Vietnamese options. the clean rooms and comfortable balconies were perfect for a city break getaway. The location was also perfect for those who wanted to explore the nearby Grand World center and enjoy the free electric car shuttle around the complex.

The language barrier with the local Vietnamese staff was frustrating at times, and we noticed that the hotel lacked soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep through the noise of conversations and crying children in neighboring rooms. while the hotel’s location was ideal for exploring Grand World, the surrounding area was lackluster and had a limited selection of shops and restaurants.
